What if cats could be vampires?

A few weeks ago, I found this stuff and was instantly obsessed.  I decided to take the plunge to plan to make it.  

This is a big deal.  

When you live at least 2 miles from the nearest grocery store, and all the roads curve every couple of yards, and everything is mountainy as shit, and you don’t have any kind of wheels at your disposal, grocery shopping is a bitch.  Also, grocery stores here are 100% at the mercy of the ships…whatever the ships bring, that is what is available on this island.  Planning is a nightmare in every possible way.

On Sunday, I found everything I needed for the recipe!  And then got home and realized I forget CHEX.  The whole base of the whole damn thing.  I was depressed for about 4 days, because there was no way in hell I was going to try to get back to the store.

Today, B saved it all.  He volunteered to give blood, meaning the school had to provide transportation for him to get to the hospital in town, which is across the street from a grocery store.

I just finished melting everything and mixing it all together and all is right in the world.

And it sent me into a panic.  Downloading ebooks is a ridiculously large part of my life right now.

Days off work no longer have any meaning.
